Voters for a Vibrant Newton (VVN) Endorses Alicia

From the endorsement statement:

We are writing today to share our list of endorsed candidates for City Council in the upcoming election, which will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd.

After careful review, our Steering Committee chose to endorse (these) candidates due to their commitment to:

Vibrant and robust village centers

A diverse and affordable housing stock

Aggressive action on climate change

Ensuring a fiscally healthy and sustainable community

Julio Carrera

Alicia has done a terrific job supporting all the things that matter to me: bike and pedestrian safety, gun safety, town density, environmental policy, education and sound fiscal policy. I think we need her and others like her on the town council. I’m happy to vote for her and to recommend others do the same.
